The INSPIRE Enhanced Internship Programme offers longer internships with impactful tasks, structured learning outcomes, and mentorship. Internship duration can be counted towards registration requirements for professional engineers and registered architects. Internships are recognised as relevant work experience, with high-performing interns able to join firms with higher starting salaries. The programme is supported by more than 20 progressive built environment firms committed to developing young talent.

Offered by over 20 progressive BE firms who are committed to grooming young talents, INSPIRE is an enhanced internship programme spanning 30 weeks, structured to help you develop key technical and soft skills. It will also feature dedicated mentors to guide you in areas such as career development and corporate expectations.

Participating firms will offer higher starting salaries to well-performing interns upon joining the internship firm after graduation. The enhanced internship is not expected to delay your graduation timeline.
